ONLINE TRAINING

Programming is built around the athlete’s current level, training environment, and sport demands

Best for:

  • People who live outside the area

  • Those with access to their own gym, a gym, or equipment

  • People who want structured programming to follow

  • Structured weekly/monthly programming

  • Clear exercise demonstrations and instructions

  • Progressive strength and performance development

This option allows athletes to train with purpose and structure no matter where they are located.

1:1 private training

Private training is for athletes who need/want:

  • Return-to-play or performance rebuild work

Semi-PRIVATE

1-5 athletes, Individual training plans with a competitive environment.

Semi-private training blends:

Athletes train alongside others with similar goals, while still following their specific plan.

sMALL GROUP

High-quality group training with high value.

Small group training is perfect for athletes who want to train seriously but alongside friends or teammates, at a more accessible price point.

This option provides exposure to a well-rounded sports performance training experience, without fully individualized programming. Sessions are thoughtfully designed to develop:

All in a structured, coached environment.

Hybrid training

This creates a consistent training structure while still allowing flexibility in the schedule.

  • People who want coaching but cannot attend sessions in person, or would like to supplement their in person sessions

  • Athletes balancing school, sport, and travel schedules

  • People who want more structure outside of the gym
