This website and all services provided by Halsey Performance (“we,” “us,” or “our”) are offered subject to these Terms of Service. You agree to be bound by these Terms when you do any of the following:

Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, purchase services, or enroll in our SMS messaging program. Athletes under 18 may take part in training services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. For minor athletes, the parent or guardian must be the person who opts in to receive text messages; we do not send SMS messages directly to minors.
SMS Messaging Program
Program Description: Halsey Performance sends SMS messages to athletes, parents, and clients who have consented to receive them. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, training information, account notifications, and customer support communications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your participation in our services.
Opting Out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless provider and plan.
Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with major U.S. wireless carriers. Availability may vary by provider.
Privacy: Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content available through Halsey Performance is the property of Halsey Performance and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes text, graphics, logos, videos, training materials, programming, educational content, and website design.
You may access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written permission from Halsey Performance.
